ABOUT THE OWNER

Pakita Ames is the CEO/founder of Ames Tax & Accounting Service. Pakita is an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally-licensed tax practitioner who may represent taxpayers before the IRS to handle collections, audits and appeals. She has earned a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with over ten years of Corporate Accounting & Finance experience.

Realizing the need to share her knowledge and educate individuals about financial literacy, Pakita decided to start Ames Tax & Accounting Service. She is fully committed to helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals and save the most money in taxes. 

 

She currently resides in Cary, NC with her husband and two children; Taiylor & Harper.
